The face has a 4-way navigation pad with center select key that's surrounded by send/end keys, soft navigation keys, a back button and a dedicated messaging button. The face then smoothly slides up to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard. The phone has a 100 MB user accessible memory, which can be expanded via optional MicroSD memory cards (up to 16 GB in size).
